Media Credibility and Capabilities

One of the most important facets of a system is its resources. If one were to analyze both the media inclusive of the internet it is factual to state the journalism is lacking in human resources to transparently report and comment on what is occurring. I am directly referring to the scorched earth event in the United States that has transpired over the past 20 years. There is no official recognition from ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, or CNN. The Associated Press or UPI does not cover this issue. Talk radio which is highly opinioned has ran off the cliff proclaiming WWII in Lebanon based on a hot and cold perspective. I guess they are clueless and don’t get it either. The commercialism of news is just that pandering to the highest media coverage and bidder. What is unique is that a California legislator, Senator Kuehl D had proposed legislation Senate Bill HB 1441 that would of prohibited any unfavorable treatment of Lesbian or Gays in school curriculum. This seems benign. In advanced class...

Open Letter to Larry Cox - Amnesty International

Larry Cox is the new Executive Director of Amnesty International. He was appointed in January of 2006 and therefore has had time acclimate to the fluid and disintegrating condition of human rights. In this instance there is no reason to criticize AI in general for what they do accomplish; IT IS WHAT THEY BLATANTLY IGNORE WHILE PROCLAIMIMG THAT ONE SHOULD STAND UP FOR HUMAN RIGHTS EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE. Here in the United States, I am writing from Yreka, California, what can easily witness the state of corruption and impunity that has transpired for over 19 years unabated. There has been an open scorched earth campaign manifest with near total complicity from the United States government and the past four presidents. The internet and blogging indexes as technorati do not have any mention of this systematic abuse outside of my blogs. Mr. Cox must address this blatant abuse of direction. AI and its inertia only conditions the behavior of those elements that wish for control and re...

Fictitious History

June 17, 2006 This is the nineteenth anniversary of the electronic surveillance and emergence of the scorched earth campaign. This is also Queen’s Day in England, Flag Day in the United States, and the day that Watergate was broken open. This is quite an event for those into semantics. I am adjacent from Black Butte which is a small I guess volcano or mountain outside of Mount Shasta California. This event started in Delaware. The Delaware State Police are in a tailspin after losing more lawsuits and having an officer indicted and resign over allegations of evidence tampering. (All this is covered on the blog and websites). The Gay community should be more vigilant. They are going to loose big as they attempt to gain legitimacy and ignore this. The most dangerous aspect are those that have a militant orientation. They will get set up as scapegoats. The Baltimore Studio or The Studio (If you choose to eliminate Aaron who may retire next year) are being propped up but are no more t...

Religious Insensitivity In Kazakhstan

Dateline 5-24-06 Since April 25, 2006 Hare Krishna devotees have fought the demolition of their daccas in Kazakhstan CIS. It appears that the Hakim or governor has stated that the property that the religious movement has bought and purchased is registered for private use and therefore under the control of the state. The devotees formed a human barricade to prevent the demolition of their homes. Since this time various protests have occurred n different locations throughout the world mainly at embassies. The devotees have requested that concerned persons contact Amnesty International or their national legislators with a focus on pressuring the government to reconsider their claims. Journalistic Insensitivity

Journalistic Insensitivity In response to the recent violence stemming from the caricatures of ISLAM and THE PROPHET deemed offensive. I believe that the error is shared on both sides. In the first instance the publishers who requested that caricatures be drawn that would distort and disrespect with intent known standards of Islam was very short sighted and lacks journalistic ethics. Attempting to profit by what would be perceived as demonization of Islamic spirituality should have been avoided. I do not condone the violence that certain members of the Muslim committed in defending their beliefs. I believe that GOOD MUSLIMS would of have chose a more moderated and mature reconciliation to intolerance. The polarization of modern journalism and traditional believes across boundaries is proceeding at a rapid pace. These instances of intolerance should be deliberated more thoroughly than responding at an emotional level in the short term. I do not pretend to have a solution. The long...

Presidential Press Conferences

Presidential Press Conferences Since the time of Ronald Reagan the press conference with either the president or his spokesperson has become a mainstay of real-time journalism and history. In counterpoint since June 1987 Reagan, Clinton, Bush Sr. and Bush have consistently never addressed the real domestic deterioration nor have the ever been challenged or exposed by the press. Since June of 1987, the 200th birthday of the United States Constitution pirate radio and oppressive electronic surveillance have been incorporated into a scorched earth campaign. This event is code named AKBAR. I have testified in numerous vain civil federal court cases:  http://nollmeyer.tripod.com To witness Scott McClellan answer questions by a captive press is derogatory to anyone attempting to attempt transparent journalism. The President needs the press but the press needs the president. Citizen Kane it is not. These folks are not agonizing over printing the truth they are handmaidens to SANITIZATION....

Reflections on Coretta Scott King

On Coretta Scott King The recent death of Coretta Scott King brings reflection on what most would consider a stellar career in human rights. Before my present ordeal which began in 1986 and became full blown in 1987 I hitchhiked nationwide ill begotten attempting to apply Christian doctrine to “shake the dust of your boots” to inhospitable locations. This left me off the freeway in Memphis near the motel where Doctor Martin Luther King was assassinated. It was panted a very psychedelic cool lavender. The motel was probably no more than $30 to 40 per night. I had only less than a dollar and was living of apple pies at gas stations. During the last years of Ronald Reagan when such was campaigning for George H.W. Bush and this Orwellian nightmare had begun I hitchhiked from Santa Monica to Houston to protest Ronald Reagan’s fundraising there. The ACTUP Aids activists were to my right and oil workers were to my left and we awaited the arrival of the President. During this time or sli...
